Emily Harnish is a marketing executive with over 25 years of experience leading brand, demand generation, and go-to-market strategy for companies ranging from Fortune 500 corporations to high-growth technology firms. She has built and scaled marketing organizations across every function — branding, pipeline generation, PR, BDRs, and sales enablement — with a consistent track record of turning marketing investment into measurable revenue outcomes.

Most recently, as Chief Marketing Officer of Pellera Technologies, Emily led the rebranding and merger of Converge Technology Solutions Corp. and Mainline Systems into Pellera, a $4B IT solutions provider, growing share of voice from last place to second in the category. She built a marketing strategy centered on pipeline growth and account-based marketing for mid-size and enterprise clients, drove 20% year-over-year pipeline growth, and forged high-profile brand partnerships including MSG & the NY Rangers and Tony Stewart Racing.

Prior to Pellera, Emily served as CMO of CivicPlus, where she led marketing, SDRs, demand generation, communications, and PR through multiple acquisitions while exceeding pipeline and revenue targets. Her earlier leadership roles include Head of Americas Marketing at Qualtrics, Head of Americas Marketing for Dynamics at Microsoft, and Senior Director of B2B Marketing at T-Mobile, where she built the T-Mobile For Business brand from the ground up into the #2 player in business wireless. Earlier in her career, she held marketing leadership roles at Dell, Cisco, and Texas Instruments.

Emily’s cross-functional leadership style is defined by enterprise-wide collaboration, transforming marketing organizations into engines for customer-driven messaging, outcomes, and brand growth. She is especially focused on how emerging technology and AI are reshaping predictive marketing, personalization, and the customer journey from acquisition through retention and monetization.

Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University and an MBA from Texas Woman's University.

Outside of work, Emily is a native Texan who lives in north Dallas. She's a mom to a senior in high school and 3 labrador retrievers. She and her family are die-hard Dallas Stars fans and have traveled to nearly every NHL arena in the U.S. and Canada. And they are also huge Chiefs fans so needless to say, Emily is often found in front of some sports game somewhere!
