Commerce is a software-as-a-service platform that enables merchants to create online stores. While Commerce does not control what merchants sell, we take reports of intellectual property infringement and illegal content seriously and will act on valid notices.

Most Commonly Used Form

Use this form to report copyright infringement, trademark violations, counterfeit goods, stolen images or text, logo misuse, brand misuse, DMCA-related concerns, or any other intellectual property issue. For example, if someone is selling goods that use your images or wordmarks, submit this report.

Report EU Illegal Content (DSA)

Rarely Applicable Form

Only use this form if you are reporting non-IP content offered to EU shoppers that is allegedly illegal under EU law — such as prohibited weapons, threats, hate speech, or scams. Do not use this form for copyright, trademark, DMCA, or any other IP issue – even if targeted to EU shoppers.This form may be used by government representatives, trusted flaggers, and the general public
