Referral Plan Commercials

These Referral Plan Commercials are governed by, incorporated into, and form an integral part of the Commerce Partner Agreement. These terms supplement, and do not replace, the Commerce Partner Agreement, and must be read together with the Commerce Partner Agreement to be fully understood and effective. Capitalized terms used but not defined in these additional terms have the meanings ascribed to them in the Commerce Partner Agreement.

﻿1 An Agency Partner is a Partner that is enrolled in Commerce’s Agency Partner Program and does not have any Public Apps. 
﻿2 A Technology Partner is a Partner that is enrolled in Commerce’s Technology Partner Program and has at least one Public App.﻿﻿3 An ERP Agency Partner is a Partner that is enrolled in Commerce’s Agency Partner Program, provides enterprise resource ﻿planning (ERP) integration and advisory services, and does not have a Public App.

BIGCOMMERCE ENTERPRISE - IMPLEMENTATION PARTNER LAUNCH BONUS

Conditions

Payout

A Customer purchases a BigCommerce Enterprise subscription and the following conditions are met:

Partner is the primary implementation partner for the Customer.
The Customer Store processes a live transaction on-site (non-test order).
Partner submits a ‘Launch Submission’ form to Commerce within 30 days of the first live transaction.
Commerce reviews and verifies the launch.

﻿

One-time Commission equal to the Customer’s 1-month Enterprise subscription fee. The bonus will be paid in the next commission cycle.

BIGCOMMERCE ENTERPRISE - TIERED PARTNER LAUNCH BONUS

Payout

A Referred Customer sourced by Partner purchases a BigCommerce Enterprise subscription and the following conditions are met:

Partner is tiered Partner (Certified, Preferred or Elite).
The Customer Store processes a live transaction on-site (non-test order).
Partner submits a ‘Launch Submission’ form to Commerce within 30 days of the first live transaction.
Commerce reviews and verifies the launch.

An additional 5% Commission during the Initial Term.

BIGCOMMERCE ENTERPRISE - ERP AGENCY PARTNER EVENT BONUS

Conditions

Payout

A Referred Customer purchases a BigCommerce Enterprise subscription and meets the following requirements: 
﻿
The ERP Agency Partner hosts a customer-facing event (virtual or in-person) where Commerce is invited to present, demonstrate, or otherwise engage with prospective customers.
The event is pre-approved in writing by Commerce as eligible for the Event Bonus.﻿
The Referred Customer is documented by both parties as having attended the event and purchases a BigCommerce Enterprise subscription within 6 months of the event date.
