Daniel Lentz

At Commerce, Daniel oversees the financial and operational activity of the company. This includes Finance, Accounting, Legal, Investor Relations, Revenue Operations, IT, and Data. During his tenure at the company, Daniel led the finance organization through IPO readiness and led the company through the IPO process, helping build further financial discipline while driving continued revenue growth. Over the course of his career, Daniel has held financial and operational leadership positions at companies such as RetailMeNot and Procter & Gamble. He also spent his early career in corporate sales at Dell, Inc.



Daniel holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance as well as a Master of Real Estate from Cornell University and a BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin. He currently lives in Austin, Texas with his wife and three children.
